Delivery

All parcels will be delivered using Royal Mail's 1st Class post. Please allow between 3-5 working days to receive your item.

For any urgent requests email [email protected] and I will try my best to accommodate your needs.

Collection

To collect your parcel from our studio in E2 (Hoxton, London) and save money on delivery, use code COLLECTME at checkout and drop me an email with your order details so we can arrange a collection date/time.

Returns

For returns, please send an email within 3 days of receiving your item. The cost of your item will be fully refunded to you if an email has been sent within this timeframe, however the delivery and return postage will not be refunded. Please ensure the item is tighly and well packed as any breakages caused during return shipping will be the full responsibility of the customer. Feel free to drop the item off at the studio if you are worried!

Breakages

Unfortunately from time to time breakages do happen during delivery. If this does occur, please provide a photo of the item as it was received, and a full refund will be provided.

Any breakages that happen after the item has been received will not be refunded.

Payments

Payments can be made via Paypal. In addition all major credit and debit cards are accepted including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Shop Updates

All shop updates will be announced on The Naked Potter's Instagram page.

Commissions

Unfortunately at this moment I will not be accepting commissions, but feel free to discuss any ideas with me as I will be looking to change this in the future.
